How on earth is Spain to win by 2 or more goals +105!!!! Tell me what im missing her??

Spain - Ranked number 2 to win it all
A team who's bench players are better than countries starters
A team who just won the Euro 2008
A team who waited long enough to get started
And also Ramos, Alonso, Fabregas, Torres & villa

Swiss - Ranked 24 to win it all
Qualifying was a joke there only worry was greece(which stinks)
And no one special on the team that has a threat

Am i missing something here or just being sucked in??

Spain rolls over this team just like Germany killed the aussies

The Swiss aren't a bad team. Spain wins, but 2 goals is way to much to lay on this game. The game could easily end 2-1, or 2-0. The play would be Switzerland or no play IMO.

just like argentina rolled over nigeria and brazil rolled over north korea? anything can happens this first round, a 1-0 wouldnt surprise me! and germany rolled over australia, but they also played 40 mins with 10 men. hard to do when you're trailing 2-0. gl my friend, staying away from this one. want to see how spain rolls, and if they can play the same game they usually play!

Australia played a wide open game with Germany. That's the reason they found themselves down 2-0, and it could've been 5-0 before they were down to 10 men. The Swiss aren't a bad team, and 1.5 goals is way to much to lay against them IMO.

agreed, and the germans took it, but the red card made it easier for them putting a couple of more in.

swiss will be playing for the draw, they are defense oriented, so unless spain scores early, swiss will have alot of guys back and not look to push

Even if they go down one goal, they might be content with a one goal loss (the first tie breaker is goal differential) and still play back.

I wouldn't touch this game.

Spain isn't comparable to any of the great Brazilian squads.

I think people are mistaking about Swiss 2006 vs 2010 defenses. They were solid back then. Spain are flying high. The last 4 years no teams scored more goals than them in big games. They trashed german 4-1 in opener 2008. They trashed someone in 2006 opener too.

14 games played so far only 3 teams win more t 2 goals or more...

Big games for Spain the last 4 years.

2008 Euro Cup

Quarter final

Italy 0 Spain 0 Spain wins on penalty kicks

Final
Spain 1 Germany 0

2009 Confederation Cup

Semi Final

USA 2 Spain 0

Spain beat Russia 4-1, not Germany. Spain trashed Ukraine 4-0 in 2006 world cup. Italy also trashed Ukraine in that WC 3-0. Spain might cover tomorrow, but they're being hyped up way to much.

Spain will never compare to Brazil. They better hope they don't come in 2nd in their group or they will be ousted by Brazil in Round 2.

Brazil beat that powerhouse North Korea 2-1, wow, impressive LOL

I love how the reactionaries show their true colors based off one game LOL, great ex post facto analysis,

better to lose early, rather than late despite goofy historical stats ESPN puts up, just like the one where Swizerland has never beat Spain, how did that work out ESPN? you clowns
